Zhik Boots too small

These boots a very short in the length, my toes are cramped in the end.
I purchased online these "Zhik 170 Low Cut Ankle Boots" in a size 9 as I have a pair of very similar Zhik boots in size 9.
The tag and the marking on the boots that I received says that they are UK SIZE 9.
I normally take a UK SIZE 8 shoe.
These boots are too small.
